Psychotherapy Sessions & Fees

What to Expect

In the first few sessions, I will gather relevant background information through a comprehensive assessment and then we will set goals together for your treatment. Subsequent sessions will be used to work towards achieving your goals.

Length of Sessions

Each session is approximately 50 minutes in length. The remaining 10 minutes is for report writing and other administrative costs involved in your treatment, billing, letters and documentation. Session summary notes are documented and are legally required to be kept by the office as part of your health care record.

On occasion you may want to meet for a longer session (i.e., 75 mins), I will do my best to accommodate this (and adjust the fee accordingly).
